For added realism, the integrated crackling sound system can be activated, enhancing the sensation of a true wood-burning fire. The unit also includes a supplemental heater capable of delivering 5,000 or 10,000 BTUs, depending on wiring, providing ample warmth for spaces between 400 and 800 square feet.
